Nanjing Yongjie Qixin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd (Yongjie) was established in 2010, with its mother company Nanjing Yongjie Chemical & Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd founded in 2001. Both companies were founded and fully managed by Mr Xin Chen, who has over 25 years of experience in the single & twin screw extrusion and pelletizing industry. Mr Xin Chen’s solid reputation and abundant experience has made Yongjie a profitable business ever since the beginning.
While Yongjie started as a small team of professionals, hardworking has enabled Yongjie to purchase its own land (20,000 m2) and built its own factory at 2005. We are located at the Moling Industrial Concentrated Area of Nanjing, the capital city of Jiangsu Province, with beautiful scenery and rich history. Since Nanjing is the starting place of plastic extrusion mechanery industry in China, it also has the nick name as ‘the Chinese village of extruders’. With fully developed international supply chain and local government support, Yongjie is perfectly set to deliver first class products and services with top efficiency.
Our company has around 15 office staff and 45 workshop staff. While our office staff consists of talented design & analysis engineers (CAD & Solidworks), sales team, purchasing team, financial team and customer service team, the workshop staff is divided into different teams (machining department, assembly department and warehouse).
We are specialised in R&D, production and services of plastic extruder/pelletizer production lines, with monthly output of 20 sets full production lines. We are fully certified by CE and ISO9001:2008. In our company, we always focus on research, development and production of internationally high-level, accurate and sophisticated series of parallel co-rotating cordwood-style twin screw extruder, single screw extruder, two-stage extruder and automatic plastic pelletizing production lines. Over the last two decades, we have successfully provided our customers with internationally first-class products: extruder production lines with strong torque, high production rate, as well as being energy conservative and environmentally friendly. The specially designed ‘cordwood-style’ screw structures also enabled ‘one-step shaping’ for many different kinds of products, and is widely used in producing aluminium composites plate, XPS foaming plate, WP plate, PP and PE sheet, etc.

In 2005, Yongjie built its own production factory, covers an area over 15,000 m2. Our factory is designed and built to the professional level, where the factory is over 15m high equipped with two cranes. The factory itself is mainly divided into 3 departments, including Machining Department, Assembly Department and Warehouse.
Our machining department owns over 20 different equipment, including cutting machines, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding & sanding machines, polishing machines, CNC machining centres and 3-axis coordinate scanner. We are also fully equipped to do high quality paintings. All our equipment is checked every other month and maintained every quarter. Our advanced CNC centre and 3-axis coordinate scanner guarantees the manufacturing accuracy and ultimately the high quality of our extruder production lines.
The assembly department works closely with our machining shops in order to keep our production on time and on quality. We have three assembly teams, each consisting of 5-7 members. Each team has one team leader and one quality control staff. While our assembly staff is completing their tasks, each quality control staff is responsible to do all quality checks and marks the record. Additionally, our quality control staff is also responsible for process control, i.e. manufacturing documents and tool & equipment management.
Warehouse logs, categorises and stores all raw material, machine consumables, safety equipment/consumables and finished products in properly controlled environment. There are totally around 50 workshop staffs in our factory, dividing into different teams and each team is responsible to specific tasks. Before working in our factory, all our staff is professionally trained over 3 months of trial period. Last but not least, stuff safety is always one of Yongjie’s priority. All workshop staff are required to be fully dressed in necessary safety equipment before going to work. Emergency stops are available on every machine and there are 2 washup places available in the workshop.

Customer service and experience has always been one of the top priorities for Yongjie people. We warmly welcome all customers and friends to come and visit our company and factory. In our company, we will prepare a factory tour, where you can meet our production staff and see live machine productions. After the tour, we will go to our meeting room to discuss all your requirements about the extruder production lines. We will offer our best knowledge and experience so that we can establish the best production solution together. At the same time, we will prepare the machine specifications and quotations for you.
Once the order is confirmed, we will start manufacturing your extruders immediately. The workshop staff will update our customer services once a week about the production progress, and then our customer service will provide you with a ‘4-box report’ so that our customers are fully aware of their orders. Once manufacturing is complete, we always invite our customer to come to our factory as we will test run the extruder production lines. We will keep testing and adjusting the extruders until our customer is 100% happy with the results. As soon as we pass the quality check and agreed payment has been received, products will be professionally warped, sealed, packed and ready for transportation.
All our products are fully covered by a One Year Warranty. We will fix all problems and replace any damage (for rightful causes) for free. Our professional engineers will then come to your factory to perform the final machine installation and production adjustments. In the meantime, our engineers will train your workshop staff so that they will be able to operate the whole production line effectively.
